Did I mention that I take weekends off? (Well not usually Mondays and Tuesdays too) but it's been a crazy week. Anyway, as you may have seen on my other blog www.motherload-christy.com, I have fallen in love with Ricotta Cheese. I'd never been a fan in the past, but I love it now. Someone told me once that your taste buds change every seven years (Ann, was that you?) I am going to make these pancakes for dinner.
